FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Diversey Consulting is showcasing its food safety and quality management solutions at the (GFSI) Global Food Safety Conference in Tokyo, Japan, March 5 – March 8, at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, booth 201-202. This year’s Global Food Safety Conference is co-sponsored by Diversey and CxS. The four-day conference will bring together more than 1,000 food safety professionals from more than 50 countries to exchange, discuss and explore food safety knowledge and best practices.
This year’s conference title “Safe Food for Consumers Everywhere“ perfectly complements Diversey’s mission to provide customers with cutting-edge, proactive solutions that ensure food safety and quality measures are always taken. Dr. Ilham Kadri, CEO and President of Diversey, emphasises that “We are proud to co-sponsor this event together with CxS this year. Our aim is to protect food, customers and each company’s brand image with our technological developments. We are looking to enhance the future of hygiene within the food industry.”
At the conference, Diversey will highlight technologies such as IntelliConsult™. This innovative solution enables all data related to food safety, including digital check lists and temperature monitoring to be collected on the cloud, analyzed and reported in one integrated dashboard. IntelliConsult™ is part of the Internet of Clean™ platform, which remotely monitors equipment, machines, and operations through sensor generated data – allowing for issues to be anticipated and managed proactively, reducing downtimes.
Secondly, the booth will focus on Diversey’s cloud-based e-learning platform which was developed for a wide range of industries including the food and beverage industry. Diversey Hygiene and Food Safety Academy e-learning courses are hosted on the online Learning Management System – simplifying employee training administration, reducing costs and enabling consistent training delivery across an organization.
Also provided at the Diversey Consulting and CxS booth will be educational programs for the introduction of HACCP, including support tools.
As well as demonstrating new technology at its booth, Diversey will sponsor and moderate a special session on Thursday, March 8 from 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. at Palais Royal C, titled “How is technology impacting food safety culture within our industry?” In the session industry experts will be discussing how technology and science are impacting human behavior and organizational culture.
The session will be moderated by Robert B. Gravani, who has worked in all sectors of the food system and developed innovative programs for constituents in production agriculture, food processing, food retailing, and food service – as well as for regulatory agencies and consumers.
