Continuous improvement is a critical success factor for paper and tissue producers. With advancements in technology and expanding automation of manufacturing equipment, Industry 4.0 provides significant opportunities for paper and tissue producers to improve their processes. The practical adaptation of advanced analytics to gain further incremental value is vital to their long-term success.
Solenis' OPTIX™ Applied Intelligence platform provides paper and tissue producers the opportunity to autonomously control their process chemistries driven by predictive analytics and machine learning. St. Croix Tissue is one of the first tissue producers to use the OPTIX platform for AI-driven closed-loop process control.
During this webinar, Matt Callicott, one of Solenis’ Digital Solutions experts, reviews the methodologies and application of the OPTIX platform with highlights from St. Croix Operations Manager about success cases and operational learnings.
