Solenis is both sponsoring and exhibiting at the 2018 International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo (FEW). While at the FEW, Solenis will showcase a number of innovative technologies that can help improve the profit potential of ethanol plants.
On Wednesday, June 13, Jo Ordonez, applications project manager at Solenis, will discuss the use of performance-based monitoring and control to optimize water, chemical and energy consumption in ethanol plant cooling systems. Hear Jo speak at 8:30 a.m. in Junior Ballroom 204 as part of the Production and Operations program track (Track 1 - Measure What Matters I: Data Capture and Analysis for More Efficient Ethanol Production).
Also on June 13, Andrew Ledlie, marketing manager at Solenis, will discuss a new approach to controlling biofilm in ethanol plant cooling systems that maximizes ethanol production and minimizes corrosion failures of piping and heat exchangers. Hear Andrew speak at 10:30 a.m. in Junior Ballroom 204 as part of the Production and Operations program track (Track 1 - The Ongoing Effort to Curtail the Impact of Bacterial Infection and Biofilms at Ethanol Plants).
