Our Performance Development & Rewards (PD&R) program is designed to foster open, ongoing communication between employees and managers regarding individual performance and development. This comprehensive approach to goal setting starts with business unit team-based objectives that align with the company's growth, and then cascades to individual goals. The process encompasses annual goal setting, ongoing feedback, and year-end performance reviews. The multidimensional performance appraisal covers goals in three areas: Business Accountabilities, Behaviors and Development, and People Management (when applicable), along with stakeholder feedback.
